I guess there is one advantage to submitting to web directories (not exchanging links just one way link to your site) - this will get your website spidered soon, it will increase the number of links with keywords in the anchor text so in the long run this can increase the search engine rankings. But submitting to little known directories will not get you any traffic from those directories because nobody uses these directories to look for info. Great post!!!
